Did you say Honey in my Coffee?




It’s become a regular habit of mine to order a cup of coffee and ask for a teaspoon or two of honey. It’s usually followed by a raised eyebrow or a confused look, but I kid you not this is a great substitute if you’re trying to cut down on artificial sugars.

For a healthy lifestyle, honey has many benefits:

Weight Loss - when consumed with warm water, honey can help digest fat stored in your body, thus aiding in weight loss

Increased Energy - carbohydrates in honey are easily converted into energy in your muscle cells

Sugar alternative – great for those with a sweet tooth
So next time you’re in your favourite coffee shop, swap the sugar for honey.
